The Spider-Man Pull-up
Want to be able to scale skyscrapers like the world-famous web-slinger? Well better work on that upper body strength buddy.
Hold a pull-up bar in a wide overhand grip. Pull your chest up towards your left hand while lifting your left knee towards your elbow. When your chin is above the bar, lower and repeated with the right knee.
That’s one rep.
The Hulk Smash
Before you go and start painting yourself green, you better start building your arms and chest. This exercise will blast your whole body, and get you ready to cause some chaos. Just don’t make him angry!
Stand on an exercise mat with a heavy medicine ball. Hold the ball over your chest. Lower your body into a squat position and then stand, swing the ball as high as you dare to go and then smash into on the ground. Catch and repeat. Perform 8-10 reps.
The Iron-Man Extension
You don’t have to be a millionaire playboy like Tony Stark to have the strength of one. Lie face-down on a back-extension station with your feet anchored. Either hold a plate to your chest, or use a pair of dumbells with your arms hanging down, then lower down to the floor. Tigheten your abs and raise your torso and arms until your body and arms are in a straight lin. Hold for 5 secs, then repeat.
Do 12 reps you hero.
What Thor lacks in fashion sense he makes up for in brute strength. Wield the power of the Nordic Gods with this workout.
Grab the centre of a barbell (with no weight) with your right hand, palm facing up; hold it in front of your thighs. Curl the bar towards your shoulder. Press the bar overhead and rotate your palms so it faces forwards. Push the weight as high as you can.
Lower the bar, switch arms, and repeat.
Do 6-10reps per side
As for Batman? Well he doesn’t have superpowers but he’s still badass
